In order to help the Technical Committee know which judges are available for the 2008 Region 3 Championships, May 16-18 in Ft. Worth, Texas, please complete and return this form by April 3rd.

The Technical Committee will extend invitations to judges based on the requests received. Only judges who turn in a request form will be considered for panels. All judges, including FIG, must list their current rating for each discipline.
