ADVERTISING FOR THE 2010 REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS PROGRAM

April 3, 2010 is the deadline to turn in ads for the Regional program. Program ads should be submitted to Patti Conner (See attached address), complete and camera-ready. Information for one-liners must be printed legibly, or typed.
Program ads may be purchased by businesses, USAG T&T teams, parents or other interested individuals. They may include photographs (add $10.00 per photograph), clip art, etc.
TEAMS SHOULD COLLECT MONEY FOR EACH AD. ALL FEES SHOULD BE SENT TO PATTI CONNER ALONG WITH AD INFORMATION. THE PROCEEDS FROM THE PROGRAM WILL HELP SUPPORT REGION 3 AND WILL BE USED TO BETTER OUR ORGANIZATION AND GO TO THE BENEFIT OF OUR ATHLETES AT ALL LEVELS.

Businesses should understand that purchasing an ad is considered advertising expense, not a contribution. If businesses wish to donate money, contributions must be made to a non-profit (501 C-3) organization such as USAG T&T Region 3 or a booster club.
