Registration Process
An email will be sent to the address provided on your Registration Request Form with a link to an online spreadsheet document. Access to this document will require that you have a free Google account. You will be asked to sign in to Google when you click the email link.
The online document will look similar to Microsoft Excel and you will edit the document within your web browser so you can access it on any computer. Enter your club and coach information on the “Club Info” page. At the bottom of the browser window you will see another sheet titled “2010 R3C Entries”. Click on it and enter you athlete information on this page. Click on “Club Info” to get back to that page.
If you have previously entered a meet using this entry system, you will see sheets from your previous meet entries. You will not be able to modify them, but you can copy all the entries from your most recent meet, paste them on the sheet for your “2010 R3C Entries” and then make any changes / updates necessary .
When you are finished editing, be sure to click “File” and then “Save and Close”
You will be able to return to this document at any time up until the registration deadline to view it, edit it and make any changes. Just click on the link provided in the email. After the deadline, you will only be able to view the document.
PLEASE NOTE: It could take up to 48 hours to receive your online registration form after submitting your Registration Request so please fill out the Registration Request form (located on the website listed above) well in advance of the entry deadline. Do not wait until the last minute.
