STTA Meet Bid Form now available

If you are considering holding a meet during the 2009-2010 STTA competition season, please fill out the online Meet Bid Form [ link: Member Clubs | Meet Bid Form ] so that your information can be posted online and our teams can begin planning their year. Please note that all submissions are tentative and will be finalized at the annual STTA meeting in October. This process just helps get the information out earlier so that we can all begin planning our year. If we have more that one request for the same weekend, I will contact both teams so that we may discuss options and decide what we want to do.

This form will be available until October 3rd. I need all meet bids by this date which is one week prior to the STTA meeting. Please note the USAG T&T national and international event schedule [ link: Calendar ] and understand that deciding to host a meet on the same weekend as a national or international event may limit participation at your meet by clubs competing at those events.

USA wins first ever gold medals in Trampoline World Cup

Logan Dooley of Lake Forest California won the United States first ever gold medal at a Trampoline World Cup competition in the men’s individual event in Ostend, Belgium on August 29th. He also teamed with Steven Gluckstein of Atlantic Heights, New Jersey to win the first gold medal for the U.S. in the synchronized trampoline event. The two now hope for another great performance at a second World Cup event in Poland over Labor Day weekend. This is an unbelievable milestone in the history of the U.S. trampoline program and raises expectations and hopes as our National Team prepares for the upcoming World Championships in St. Petersburg, Russia this November. Congrats to Logan and Steven.
