Entries:
Entries will be
done online using the online entry system. The instructions
can be found by clicking the "Online Entries" tab to the
right. The link to the online entry system will be sent via
email to all STTA clubs. If you have not received this
email, contact Steve Jones via the email address at the
bottom of this page The deadline for entries is March 14th.
After that date the system will be taken down and late /
change fees will be charged.
T-shirts:
We
will have T-shirts for sale at the competition.
Parent
info: Please inform
your parents that they are not allowed in the staging/
lineup areas. Also please inform your parents that there is
no flash photography. It is easy to forget to remind them.
There will be a photographer and medal engraving on site.
Schedule:
Tentative
schedule is that we will run levels 1-4 in the morning
Levels 10 and up in the middle, and levels 5-9 in the
afternoon/evening. After all entries are received I will
send out a detailed schedule with block times.
Grand
March: March in will
be at 8:00 a.m. sharp please have your team lined up before
this time.
Entry
fees: $40 for the
first event and $10 each additional event.
Awards:
We
will be giving flight awards and overall awards. In each
session. Equipment will be 2 rod floors, 2 double minis,
and three to four trampolines.
Hotels:
There are no
hotels available in Canyon that weekend. I am working on
some in Amarillo. If I can work out a deal I will get those
out this week.
